Coming to us from Portland, Oregon, Case is by no means a newcomer to the food and beverage scene. He started as a barback in a nightclub in Portland and has since served in just about every role or facet a restaurant or bar could offer. Spending a few years in Las Vegas, Case was able to work alongside some of the industry leaders and learn from some of the most talented people in the business. He was a mixologist and manager at some of Las Vegas’ most prominent hotels on the strip, as well as several well known restaurants and bars up and down the West Coast, and has an immense passion for the Food & Beverage industry.
Combining the standards of industry set forth by the culture of Portland, the complete immersion of the hospitality conglomerate that is Las Vegas, and his knack for exceptional customer service, Case promises to put Ad Libitum on the map and make it a staple of both the Hillcrest Community and San Diego’s already incredible Food & Beverage scene.
