Ad Libitum New Year's Eve 2018

Whiskey Barrel Drop

Ring in the New Year and end 2018 with Ad Libitum and Kentucky’s oldest and smallest whiskey distillery - Woodford Reserve! Ad Libitum's Chef- Charleen Sandoval alongside Ad Lib's bar team will roll out a handcrafted three-course prix fixe Rib Eye/Bourbon dinner, featuring three paired cocktails, a distiller's guided tasting and a Poema Cava countdown toast.

This spirited evening affair will begin at 6:00 pm with a signature hand crafted Welcome Cocktail + Amuse, before uncorking a tempting three course dinner- each thoughtfully paired alongside a Woodford Reserve guided tasting to help explain the history of bourbon, how Woodford is unique at all five sources of flavor, the bottling process, and much more. At the end of our evening, our General Manager Jamie Lapierre and Mike Khan will toast the New Year and close the evening as the rich golden bourbon hues give way to gold confetti and a champagne toast during our early NYE countdown and whiskey barrel drop!

 

PROGRAM

Door's open at 6pm, with seating at 6:30pm and dinner to follow. At 9:30pm our early countdown will mark our whiskey barrel drop to the end 2018 on a high note while allowing our guests to enjoy a night on the town at their favorite celebratory destinations!
